Welcome to Carolina
Center for Fertility and Endocrinology. Your first visit with
our office normally takes 45-60 minutes. We do ask that you
arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time, this allows
you to fill out all needed paper work At this time our staff
will make copies of your insurance cards, check if authorization
is needed, and verify with your insurance company your benefits.
You will be given a copy of the verification we receive from
them. We do ask that you be prepared to pay on your first visit,
due to the fact that some policies do not cover our services.
At your appointment,
you will have the opportunity to speak with a financial
counselor to discuss any of your financial concerns. Information
on financial programs that cater to medical care is available
At your first
appointment Dr. Moore will interview you; your spouse is always
welcome and we encourage that he joins you. You may have to have
an exam, ultrasound or lab work during this time. The nurses
will be available to answer any of your questions and to help
set up future test, exams, etc.

meet all of your expectations and strive to make your care as
pleasant as possible.
